The proof you don't need to find
For a long time I wanted concrete proof of certain things from the past that I felt without being able to put into words. It led me on a quest for external truth, since 2024.
For a long time I wanted concrete proof of certain things from the past that I felt without being able to put into words.
It led me on a quest for external truth, since 2024.
Something tangible, verifiable, that would say: here it is, it's true, it existed, it counts.
It's human. Many people function this way — myself included. Before believing, I wanted to see.
But some things have been lost to matter. Definitively, perhaps.
And yet, memory remains.
It doesn't depend on the recovered object, the exhumed document, the material proof. It lives elsewhere — in the body, in the patterns we repeat without choosing them, in what is passed on without a word.
It wasn't a personal choice. A necessity. A non-choice.
At the start of the year, my health began to play tricks on me.
A shock — I who had always acted preventively, holistically, naturally.
Here I was, having to follow a conventional health path that imposed itself on me.
At the same time, I also received a call — that of TAU, in Italy. I followed it.
Powerful energetic massages.
Work to free the mind of repetitive patterns from the past.
First two weeks in Umbria, in early March, letting myself be completely taken in hand by the TAU approach.
I who thought I controlled my trajectory — I was completely off track!
Then TAU came to Belgium. Twice, five days.
The previous years had been laborious. Suffering.
I held on, in survival mode. Except survival no longer applied to me.
I needed a door to walk through. Life presented it to me.
Not a gift, at first glance.
But rich in lessons.
I thought I was leaving survival behind.
And I got a new burden to carry: my health, and myself.
I'm convinced that all this preparatory work now serves me in transforming this situation — which I'm intimately convinced does not belong to me.
The future will tell. But I'm hopeful.
In June, an intensive week with TAU again. In Puglia.
Holistic, deep, integrative work — liberating for the soul.
TAU taught me differently than I would have believed: it isn't the mind alone that brings peace. It's the body that goes through it, that lives it, that passes through it — not that understands it intellectually.
Other paths exist. Hypnosis, for instance, works through a different channel — more mental, more suggestive — but can also open doors.
All ancestral traditions have always known this: the mind has power over matter. It isn't new. It's just that we've ended up demanding proof before trying.
Today, I no longer need everything to be proven for it to be real.
Pacification doesn't ask you to find what is lost.
It asks you to recognize what has been passed down — and to finally choose to no longer carry it the same way.
